  9.                 REGISTER.FRM    Print out, fill in, send in.
  10.                 PACKING.LST     This file
  11.                 UTILITY.LST     A list of JB Utilities.
  12.                 BRT71EFR.EXE    Runtime module.  Must be in path.
  13.                                   (A standalone version of CDFREQ is available
  14.                                    upon request when registering.  The
  15.                                    standalone version does not require
  16.                                    this file.
  17.                 FILE_ID.DIZ     Program description for BBSs.

  19.   If any of these are missing, please inform us.  Please do not circulate
  20. any copy of CDFREQxx.ZIP if any of these files are missing.  To complete a
  21. violated library, send us a copy of the one you have and merely request a
  22. proper one in return.  You do not need to register.  We will assume you 
  23. have not yet had a chance to try it out.
